The museum is host to many events every month. Our goal is to be a major part of the martial arts and local community. No other organization has as many unique events as the museum does. EWART CHIN DAY at the Museum
Trained through the Shaolin Temple, Ewart Chin is one of the most respected instructors in the Kung Fu world. A man of many talents, he is also the associated producer of the film, The Martial Arts Kid starring Don Wilson. He is real supporter of the Museum and continues to be an active member of the community. Plus, he is a very, very cool guy. Let’s all gather together to honor one of our own, Ewart Chin. Cost is $10.

STUDIO PHOTO SHOOT by Black Belt magazine photog MARIO PRADO
Mario Prado, former cover photographer for Black Belt magazine, is continuing to host his “every other month” photo studio shoot at the Museum. This is a golden opportunity to have your head shots refreshed, your full body shots, your martial arts moves and more. Update your resume, get a quality photo for your school, or just get a photo done by a Black Belt magazine alumni. Cost is $50 for 25 minutes. As many poses as you can get in. You will receive the CD when done.

FATHER’S DAY
Believe or not, Father’s Day is our best day at the Museum. Yes, kids bring in their dads for a rare treat of something they love. Martial Arts! On many occasions, daughters will blindfold their father and bring him to the Museum’s front door. So all, take your father to the Museum first, then has a great dinner. Buy him a shirt as well. He will love it!!!!

DRAGONFEST 2016
The “coolest’ and biggest martial arts event on the West Coast, it’s ‘DRAGONFEST.” Yes, it our biggest gathering of martial arts icons, pioneers, celebrities, movie stars in the world. Set in 4 sections: Celebrities, Authors & Icons, Latest Films & Anime/art. Moved to a larger location in Van Nuys plus a stage event including Taiko Drums, performances and more.
