John Pierre will examine how poor eating habits can undermine strength, stamina, recovery, and mental clarity, and how processed foods, excess sugar, and nutrient deficiencies silently work against our training goals. More than just fuel, food can either support our path as martial artists or sabotage it. Learn how to train smarter, starting with what’s on your plate through practical examples and science-based insights..
