NUTRITION LECTURE BY “HEALTH EXPERT TO THE STARS” JOHN PIERRE

John Pierre will examine how poor eating habits can undermine strength, stamina, recovery, and mental clarity, and how processed foods, excess sugar, and nutrient deficiencies silently work against our training goals.
