Special Honor Day at the Museum
This year, the Martial Arts History Museum will be celebrating its 25th anniversary. I can’t believe it’s been that long. Well, one of our volunteers asked, “Have you ever been honored with a day at the museum. I know you have honored so many people, but has anyone ever honored you?”
I replied, “Nope, no one in 25 years has ever honored us.”
She said, “Well, that’s all going to change. On Nov. 16, we are not just going celebrate the museum’s 25th anniversary, but, we are going to have ‘Michael Matsuda Day at the Museum.’”
So, prepare yourself, hosted by Kitty Pleasant, Nov. 16 at 4 pm is my day at the museum.
Kitty asks not only for you to attend, but to bring a gift such as a monetary donation to Michael and Karen, not the museum. This way those two can enjoy a much needed evening out.
Personally, that was very nice of her and I hope everyone can attend. My wife and I have done so much for everyone at the museum, I hope they will in turn show their appreciation.
